Clause 01

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering for or using any services provided by kkcuci through this website, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated in this document together with kkcuci's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

This acceptance takes effect from the first time you use the platform, even before the full account registration process is completed. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are requested not to use kkcuci's services.

Clause 02

User Eligibility

To be eligible to use kkcuci's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of account registration.
• Not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction that explicitly prohibits online gambling under applicable law.
• Register on your own behalf only and not on behalf of any third party.
• Have not previously had an account terminated by kkcuci for fraud, bonus abuse or breach of terms.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement.

kkcuci reserves the right to request proof of identity such as a copy of the identity card (MyKad) or passport at any time to verify user eligibility. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified period may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

Clause 03

Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names or different contact details, is a serious violation that may result in all related accounts being frozen and balances forfeited.

Users are fully responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration. Any information that is false, incomplete or misleading may result in account suspension or termination without notice.

• Username and password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any party.
• Any suspicious activity in the account must be reported to the kkcuci support team immediately.
• kkcuci will never ask for your account password through any communication channel.
• Users must update their account information whenever any personal details change.

Clause 04

Deposits and Payment Methods

kkcuci supports a range of deposit methods that are secure and easy to use for Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay as well as cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit for each payment method is RM20. All successfully processed deposits will be credited into the user's account within the specified time. kkcuci does not charge any transaction fees for deposits.

• Funds deposited must come from an account registered in the user's own name.
• Use of third-party payment methods may cause processing delays and require additional verification.
• Any failed or delayed deposit transactions must be reported to customer support along with valid proof of payment.
• kkcuci is not responsible for any charges or deductions imposed by third-party payment service providers.

Clause 05

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal allowed is RM100. All complete and valid withdrawal requests are usually processed within 10 to 45 minutes. This processing time may vary based on the withdrawal method chosen and current system load.

Users may withdraw to the same payment method used during deposit. kkcuci encourages consistency between deposit and withdrawal methods to simplify the verification process.

• Withdrawals can only be processed after all bonus wagering requirements have been fully met.
• kkcuci reserves the right to request identity verification and proof of the source of funds before approving any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests that do not pass compliance checks may be rejected and returned to the account balance.
• In exceptional circumstances, the processing period may exceed 45 minutes — customer support is available to assist in such situations.

Clause 06

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

kkcuci offers a 200% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal from bonus winnings can be processed.

Verified calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Account balance RM300 → Wagering requirement: RM200 × 15 = RM3,000
• Deposit RM400 → Bonus RM300 (maximum cap) → Account balance RM700 → Wagering requirement: RM300 × 15 = RM4,500

All other promotions such as cashback, referral bonuses, birthday bonuses and special promotions are subject to their respective terms and conditions, which will be stated separately at the time the offer is made. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will result in account suspension without prior notice.

Clause 07

VIP Programme and Membership

The kkcuci VIP programme consists of five tiers designed to recognise and reward loyal players. Each tier provides a different weekly cashback rate based on membership level:

• Bronze — Weekly cashback of up to 0.2%
• Silver — Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%
• Gold — Weekly cashback of up to 0.6%
• Platinum — Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%
• Diamond — Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%

VIP tier progression depends on the user's playing activity and loyalty over time. kkcuci reserves the right to modify VIP programme benefits and tier advancement criteria at any time. Credited cashback is subject to specific conditions as communicated in the relevant promotion details.

Clause 08

Game Rules and Bet Validity

All bets placed on the kkcuci platform must comply with the specific rules of each game type. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical disruption has occurred.

• Bets placed during a technical disruption will be reviewed and resolved at the discretion of kkcuci.
• Any attempt to exploit software or system vulnerabilities for unlawful gain is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
• The use of automated software, bots or any third-party tools for gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• kkcuci reserves the right to void bets suspected of involving fraud or collusion with other players.
• All slot, live casino, sportsbook and fishing games are provided by licensed and certified providers.

Clause 09

Responsible Gambling

kkcuci is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all its users. This platform is for entertainment purposes only, and users are encouraged to set personal limits to manage their spending and playing time.

• Users may contact customer support to request self-exclusion, either temporarily or permanently.
• Deposit limits, loss limits and playing time limits are available upon request through the support channels.
• Gambling while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or when under serious financial pressure, is discouraged.
• kkcuci does not accept deposits from individuals who have registered for self-exclusion.

Clause 10

Account Suspension and Termination

kkcuci reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, if a breach of these terms and conditions occurs. Such action may also be taken for reasons of security, legal compliance or platform protection.

Reasons that may lead to account termination include:

• Opening multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Bonus abuse or promotion exploitation.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity.
• Age violation — users under 21 years of age.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt or compromise kkcuci systems.

In cases of termination due to serious violations, the account balance may be fully forfeited. In other cases, the balance will be returned to the user after the verification process is completed.

Clause 11

Liability Limits and Disclaimer

kkcuci provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to keep the platform running without interruption at all times, we cannot guarantee continuous availability free from technical disruptions.

• kkcuci is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of unfavourable game outcomes.
• We are not responsible for any technical failures beyond our control, including disruptions to the user's internet connection.
• kkcuci makes no guarantees regarding game outcomes or financial returns from betting activity.
• kkcuci's liability to any user at any time is limited to the amount of the active balance in that user's account.

Clause 12

Amendments and Updates to Terms

kkcuci reserves the right to modify, add to or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to individual users. All changes will take effect immediately upon the latest version being published on this page.

It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the kkcuci platform after any amendments have been made constitutes implicit acceptance of the updated version of the terms.
